Data Retention

We retain your records as required by federal and state regulations governing CDL training programs. Training records may be retained for up to 7 years.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: go to your Profile and choose "Delete my account." When you confirm, your login is permanently removed and you will no longer be able to sign in.

Because we are a regulated CDL training and third-party testing program, your training and testing records are retained as required by federal and state law (see Data Retention above). To request removal of any personal data that is not legally required to be retained, contact us using the details below.
